Rights Statement: You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. After withdrawal, you may no longer be able to use features requiring cross-border data transfer, but this does not affect the validity of processing based on this consent prior to withdrawal.

2.2 Health Information (Sensitive Personal Information)

  • Information Types: Medical records, examination reports, diagnostic certificates, medication records, allergy history, and other sensitive personal information.
  • Transfer Purpose: Medical advisor evaluation, hospital appointment, physician communication, translation services, medical expense settlement.
  • Recipients: In addition to our company, includes the cooperating hospital, translators.
